Eklektos Return Policy

At Eklektos, we stand behind the quality of our heavyweight garments. Our return policy lasts 30 days, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process To start a return, contact us at support@eklektosjohn1516.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address: 1270 N Wickhanm RD STE 16-516 Melbourne, FL 32935. 

• Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

• Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. Since we work with high-density cotton (6.1 oz - 7 oz), slight natural variations in the fabric texture are normal. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Final Sale & Exceptions We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
