Eklektos Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Eklektos. We are committed to delivering our premium streetwear safely and efficiently.

1. Processing Time
All orders from our "Chosen" collection are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Note: During periods of high demand or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to issues with the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched; this email will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Domestic & Local Shipping (Florida) Being based in Florida, we offer reliable domestic shipping across the United States. Local customers in Brevard County and surrounding areas will receive their orders via our standard domestic carriers.

5. Damages
Eklektos is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping
We currently focus on domestic shipping within the U.S.
